Return policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for items that arrive faulty or damaged. Please let us know as soon as your order arrives so we can sort things out quickly.
While we don’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind or stolen goods, we’re always happy to chat and do our best to assist with any concerns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please take a moment to check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, don’t worry - we’ll make it right!

We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Electrical Goods
We’re sorry if you’ve experienced an issue with one of our electrical products - we know that’s frustrating!
Before sending anything back, please reach out to us so we can assist straight away:
- Send us a short video showing the fault
- Email us at contact@missmooco.com
If we can’t resolve the issue and your return is approved:
- We’ll organise the return postage at no cost to you
- We’ll provide you with a replacement ID#
- A replacement will be sent once the item is returned

Refunds for Faulty Electrical Goods
Once we’ve received and carefully checked your returned item, we’ll get in touch to let you know whether your refund has been approved. You’ll be able to choose between a refund or a replacement sent to you at no extra cost - whatever works best for you.
If you choose a refund and it’s approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you’re still waiting, please reach out to us at contact@missmooco.com. We’re always happy to look into it and help get things sorted for you 😊
Rest assured all diffusers are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Fragrance Products
Wrong item received?
No problem! Send us a photo and email contact@missmooco.com. We’ll send the correct item out to you as soon as possible - and you’re welcome to keep the incorrect item as a little thank-you from us. 💗
Damaged fragrance bottles?
Oh no! While shipping is sadly beyond our control, we don’t want you left disappointed. If your fragrance arrives damaged, please email us a clear photo within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Once we’ve assessed the damage, we’ll happily offer either a store credit or send you a replacement bottle for the affected item. If your purchase was part of a bundle, the credit or replacement value will reflect the individual item only.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
